Our approach is based on the belief that: True wellness is never one-dimensional.

Mental well-being, physical health, nutrition, lifestyle, movement, confidence, skin, hair, and other dimensions of an individual’s well-being may be interconnected.

Accordingly, With Elora does not position wellness as a collection of isolated services. Our approach is to bring relevant expertise together around the individual according to their programme and requirements.

With Elora follows a multidisciplinary approach.

Depending on the programme and individual requirements, relevant expertise may include:

A client does not necessarily receive services from every category of expert.

With Elora determines the relevant expertise according to the individual’s wellness journey and the requirements of the programme.

Grow with Elora is not positioned as conventional academic tutoring. Its focus includes areas such as:

The services, experts, activities, assessments, and programme components available to a client will depend on the programme purchased and the individual’s requirements.

With Elora may use wellness assessment tools, including the Elora Human Well-Being Score (EHWS).

EHWS is intended to help understand different dimensions of an individual’s wellness and may be used for purposes including:

• Customer assessment
• Personalization

• Sales conversations
• Programme development

EHWS should not be interpreted as a medical diagnostic instrument.

6. Expert Participation

Experts associated with With Elora form part of its broader expert ecosystem.

Experts may participate in different capacities, including:

Not every expert associated with With Elora provides direct client consultation.

The nature of an expert’s involvement will depend on their specific role within the With Elora ecosystem.

7. Information Provided by Clients

To provide a personalized wellness journey, With Elora may require clients to provide information relevant to their programme.

Clients are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.

Where relevant, clients should communicate information that may affect their wellness journey or the recommendations provided to them.

Providing incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the ability of With Elora and its relevant experts to provide an appropriately personalized experience.

8. Wellness Results

With Elora provides personalized wellness support and does not promise that every individual will achieve identical results.

Individual outcomes may differ depending on various factors, including:

• Individual circumstances
• Consistency
• Participation
• Lifestyle
• Personal response
• Existing conditions
• Other individual factors

Accordingly, participation in a With Elora programme should not be understood as a guarantee of a particular outcome.

9. Medical and Professional Expertise

Where a programme involves a medical or other professional expert, the relevant professional will operate within their respective professional expertise and responsibilities.

With Elora’s multidisciplinary model is intended to coordinate relevant expertise as part of a wellness journey.

With Elora does not represent that every wellness requirement can be addressed solely through its programmes.

Where a matter requires expertise or treatment outside the scope of a particular With Elora programme or professional, the client may be directed towards appropriate external professional support.

10. Online Services

Certain With Elora programmes may be delivered through digital or online platforms.

Depending on the programme, digital delivery may include:

• Other programme-related digital experiences

The specific digital services available will depend on the programme selected.

11. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain professional and respectful communication with:

• Health Assistants
• Experts
• Programme coordinators
• Other representatives of With Elora

With Elora does not permit:

• Harassment
• Abusive communication
• Threatening behaviour
• Deliberate misuse of services
• Misrepresentation of information
• Unauthorized use of another person’s account or programme

Serious or repeated violations may result in appropriate action concerning the client’s participation in the programme.

12. Programme Fees

The applicable programme fee will be communicated to the client before purchase.

The fee applicable to the client will depend on the programme, duration, and services included in the selected programme.

With Elora may revise programme fees for future purchases.

Any applicable fee and programme terms communicated at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

13. Programme Refund and Cancellation

Where a specific programme refund or cancellation policy is provided to the client, that policy will apply to the relevant programme.

The applicable refund terms may differ according to the programme and the circumstances of the request.

Clients should review the applicable programme-specific refund and cancellation terms before completing their purchase.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any right that cannot legally be excluded.

With Elora may suspend or terminate a client’s participation where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Serious misconduct
• Abuse or harassment
• Threatening behaviour
• Repeated violation of programme policies
• Misuse of services
• Materially false information
• Conduct creating a reasonable concern for the safety or well-being of experts, employees, or other clients

Where appropriate, With Elora may attempt corrective action before termination.

Any financial consequences will be handled according to the applicable programme terms and refund policy.

15. Intellectual Property

All original materials made available through With Elora, including:

• Brand assets
• Logos
• Text
• Designs
• Programme materials
• Assessments
• Digital content
• Educational materials
• Videos
• Graphics
• Systems
• Other proprietary content

belong to Elora Wellness Private Limited or the respective rights holder.

Such materials may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, sold, published, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

16. Website Content

Information published on the With Elora website may include educational and wellness-related information.

Such information is intended to support the With Elora wellness ecosystem and should not automatically be interpreted as individualized professional advice unless specifically provided as part of the relevant professional service.
